Emotional Intelligence

Our belief is that emotional intelligence is one of the critical skills in the world today and the need for awareness and development of our EI is even more fundamental due to the increase in remote working.  Developing EI will help you become a better leader.

While some are calling this the age of anxiety, a focus on our resilience is also even more vital.

We strongly recommend starting a coaching programme with a relevant psychometric tool which will give us evidence for strengths and development areas. They will also provide a useful framework for the coaching process and enable the most effective use of the correct coaching tools.

EQ-i 2.0

To assess your emotional intelligence, we use the EQ-i2.0 tool.  It is the first scientifically validated and most widely used Emotional Intelligence assessment tool in the world.

What is Emotional Intelligence?

The EQ-i 2.0 assessment is completed online, using a secure site. You will respond to 133 statements related to emotional intelligence skills, which takes approximately twenty minutes to complete. The results and report will be shared during a coaching session.


Fizzy lemon adopts a 6 session coaching approach where all 6 sessions are structured and goal orientated, we will create a coaching plan, develop measures and timeline for the coaching process.

Sessions usually last 90 minutes. The length of each session is very dependent on individual needs. A coaching programme is usually completed over the course of 6-9 months.

Coaching sessions can be either face to face or online depending on the need and situation. I am based in Edinburgh and I am happy to come to your organisation if requested.

I have a coaching package rate which I will provide on request. I can offer organisational discounts and will discuss this confidentiality with my clients.
